Before your order ships or is prepared for shipment, you may cancel it.
RETURNS
We accept returns for any unused items 14 days after you receive the product. The item must be in the same condition as when received, including the original packaging.
If the product arrives to you damaged or does not work, we will send a new replacement free of cost. We can provide either an exchange or a refund once your return is received by us.
EXCHANGES
If you wish to change your style, you can do so as long as the product is still unused. The customer will be responsible for all shipping fees associated with an exchange UNLESS the product is faulty.
REFUNDS
If you’d like a refund for your item, you’ll need to pay the return shipping cost and send the item back. We suggest getting insurance, signature, and tracking information as well.
Please note that we charge a flat 15% restocking fee for all refunds. Unfortunately, these fees cannot be waived. However, once we receive your item, processing takes place within 7-10 business days and you will get an email notification when the refund is processed.
